Opened in July 2024, Ministry of Crab Singapore is housed in a standalone colonial building at Dempsey Hill, the country’s premier lifestyle destination. Its architectural style is inspired by the flagship in Colombo, incorporating many elements such as the open kitchen, seafood display and the signature heliconia flower centerpieces. The restaurant has a seating capacity of 68, inclusive of two private dining rooms and a bar space.
As the second international outpost directly owned and managed by the flagship restaurant in Colombo, listed among ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants,’ we are built on a foundation that prioritises the freshness and quality of our ingredients. To uphold this standard, we airlift crabs and prawns three times a week and also adhere to the same strict no-freezer policy as the one in Colombo, which is a testament to our commitment to freshness.
Our star attractions are the iconic Mud Crabs, ranging from ½ Kilo (500g) Crabs to 2KG ‘Crabzillas,’ plated in a variety of flavours from the Signature Garlic Chilli Crab to the Pure Crab!
