Reservations Policy:

• Reservations are taken only up to 90 days in advance.
• Seating Times are as follows:
  • Lunch : 12.00pm to 3.00pm
  • Dinner: 5.30pm to 11.00pm
• We do not enforce a dress code policy. Guests are welcome to dine in attire of their choice, including singlets, tank tops, shorts and flip flops, to ensure a relaxed and comfortable dining experience.
• Group reservations for parties above 10 guests will be served with a pre-ordered set menu, and a 100% non-refundable and non-transferable to another date, advance payment is required to secure the reservation.

Payment Policy:

• Payments can be made at the restaurant (via Cash/Debit/Credit Card).

  • By card – Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Union Pay, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, & JCB
  • Room Posting (available only for in-house guests)

• Please note, we cannot prepare individual bills; only one bill per group booking. However, alcoholic beverages/wine may be requested on a separate bill, upon ordering.

Alcohol Policy:

• Alcohol will be served as per local excise regulations.

Refund Policy:

• Kindly note that refunds are not possible as we prepare and ship the crabs 4-5 days in advance to ensure the best quality for upcoming reservations. We appreciate your understanding in case of any cancellations.
