These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Ministry of Crab’s Website.
Personal Data
Transfer
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent and submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
Security
The security of Your Personal Data is important to Us but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your Personal Data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
License
Unless otherwise stated, Ministry of Crab Pte. Ltd and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Ministry of Crab. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Ministry of Crab for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:
- Republish material from Ministry of Crab
- Sell, rent or sub-license material from Ministry of Crab
- Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Ministry of Crab
- Redistribute content from Ministry of Crab
Reservations Policy:
- Reservations are taken only up to 90 days in advance.
- Seating Times are as follows:
- 12.00 pm to 2.00 pm (Two-hour seating)
- 1.00 pm to 3.00 pm (Two-hour seating)
- 2.15 pm to 4.15 pm (Two-hour seating)
- 3.15 pm to 5.15 pm (Two-hour seating)
- 5.00pm – 7.00pm (Two hour seating)
- 6.00pm – 8.00pm (Two hour seating)
- 7.15pm – 9.15pm (Two hour seating)
- 8.30pm onwards
- 9. 30pm onwards
- Dress Code: Casual or Smart Casual.
Payment Policy:
- Payments can be made online or at the restaurant (by cash / credit card).
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Diners Club, UnionPay and UPI payments.
- US$ 25 per person for lunch and dinner will be charged in advance as a reservation guarantee for groups above 11 people. The balance payment may be settled by cash or credit card at the end of the meal.
- Please note, we cannot prepare individual bills; only one bill per group booking. However, alcoholic beverages/wine may be requested on a separate bill, upon ordering.
- If the full payment has been made in advance, only adjustments informed up to 48 hours prior to the time of reservation will be accommodated for refund purposes.
Refund Policy:
- 100% refund of the advance payment will only be provided for cancellations up to 48 hours prior to the time of reservation.
- 50% refund of advance payment will only be provided for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the time of reservation.
- If the group does not arrive within 15 minutes of the seating time, the restaurant has the right to release the table and the advance payment will not be refunded.
- In the event of a no-show, the restaurant is entitled to keep the advance payment.
Seasonal Policy (24 th December, 25 th December, 31 st December, 1 st January)
- No refunds will apply for cancellation made within 07 days to the reservation date.
- 100% refund will apply for cancellation made 07 days before the reservation date.
- No refunds will apply for No show reservations.
